What is the best way to get in touch with your team?

You can contact us via email at info@discoveryournook.com or send us a quick direct message on our Instagram page (@discoveryournook) or facebook. A response will be given within 1 business day!

How can I pay for my order?

We have many payment options available! You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Paypal. These payment options can be easily selected at the checkout screen.

Where do you ship to?

We are able to deliver to any address within Australia using our courier. Unfortunately we are not able to ship internationally but if you would like to organise your own international shipping, email us directly and we can arrange that. Unfortunately, local pick up is unavailable.

 

UNDELIVERABLE POSTCODES

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.

What happens after I place my order online?

After you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. If the item/s chosen are out of stock or we are unable to process the payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you by email, SMS or telephone to provide you with the relevant tracking information for your order.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Your location and the size of the order may impact on the time frame of receiving your goods. Provided all items are in stock, delivery times should be from 3 - 10 business days.

*Note: For customers in Western Australia items may take up to 15 working days.

If buying multiple items, larger items may be shipped separately to smaller items to prevent damage to goods.

How can I track my order?

Our policy is to keep you informed. Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you by email or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.

Will the courier help me bring the item/s inside my house?

All deliveries are to your front door only. 

All deliveries require signature upon receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer Authority To Leave as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that go missing due to this. Our drivers will leave you a 'Sorry We Missed You Cardand you will have to pick up from the nearest post office. 

Can I arrange my own shipping?

Yes, you can arrange your own shipping, however you must let us know first if you will be using your own courier. Discoveryournook will not take any responsibility for orders being shipped with your courier.

Is there a warranty on your products?

All furniture and homeware have a 12 month warranty (unless specified otherwise on item description). We warrant all goods under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty will not cover normal wear & tear.

What happens if my product needs to be repaired?

We will repair your product if its under warranty. You will be required to return the item back to us at your own expense and we will ship it back to you; all we ask is that you ensure the item is packaged securely.

Can I return/refund my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, no, we do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, we will only refund if the item is deemed faulty. Please note that once assembled, furniture cannot be returned (to avoid issues associated with this clause, please inspect all parts before assembling).
